Yoga Practice: Week 2

I watched a video called "45 Minute Beginner Full Body Yoga Flow At Home" by a yogi called Flow. This video was CHALLENGING. We started out in hero's pose and just analyzed the body and controlled our breathing. My ankles were feeling it during this pose, but I can say that i felt very relaxed. I have taken meditation classes before, so the breathing and body analyzing was pretty easy for me. We then went into a pretty simple flow routine consisting of basic poses that helped develop body awareness and strength. I started sweating after the first pose, so it was pretty difficult to push through. Some of the poses really pointed out weaknesses in my body, like I never knew how weak my hamstrings and glut's were until after this practice. Halfway through the practice, I started
